SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted. All items are shipped via standard USPS or UPS with tracking provided. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Currently, I ship Worldwide. If you need international shipping, please contact me before placing your order.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered.

We value your satisfaction and strive to make your experience positive, whether you're purchasing a class, a piece of jewelry, or studio tools and materials. Please review the return and refund guidelines below:
CLASSES AND WORKSHOPS

Registration & Payment: Sign-up and full payment are required at least 2 weeks prior to the class to allow time to prepare materials.

Refunds: Available within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Usage Window: All class purchases must be completed within 1 year of the purchase date.

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, contact us as soon as possible. We do our best to accommodate changes when possible.
JEWELRY, ACCESSORIES, TOOLS & MATERIALS

Returns Accepted: Items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

Conditions: Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable: Custom-made or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return.
